MIXING DIRECTIONS
Remove bag from tub and massage to mix powder prior to first use. Mix in a non-metallic bowl.
• Mix 1-part BLUE BLEACHING POWDER with 2-parts UNIVERSAL CREAM DEVELOPER 5 to 40 Volume (1:2).
• Mix the formula with an application brush or non-metallic whisk until thoroughly blended.
• Add COLOR ELIXIR PROFESSIONAL ADDITIVE – Step 1 to mixed formula and blend.
