Stefanie is the founder of talentmatch.biz, a recruitment and team building agency that specializes in the beauty industry workforce. Her work is rooted in research- where she surveys todays talent to understand what they want from their careers to help salon leaders better recruit the right talent for their business.
Stefanie is also the founder of Canvas Salon and Skin Bar, a 6 times recipient of the Top 200 Salons in America award for its work culture and customer satisfaction. She sold the business in 2020 to focus exclusively on her research, educational offerings, and the Talent Match technology platform.
Stefanie is a board member for the National Association of Women Business Owners, where she leads a committee that facilitates mastermind experiences. She also gives her time as a mentor with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy helping kids 18 and younger start businesses. She lives in Columbus, Ohio.
